PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE SLUSHIE
FLAVOR: PINEAPPLE
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Whiskeysmith Pineapple
0.5 oz. Cherry Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
0.25 oz. Honey Syrup
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Pour over crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple cake, cherries and fresh mint.
*Honey syrup = equal part honey to equal parts hot water. Stir to dissolve, cool and use.
