PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE SLUSHIE

FLAVOR: PINEAPPLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz. Whiskeysmith Pineapple

  • 0.5 oz. Cherry Liqueur

  • 1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice

  • 0.25 oz. Honey Syrup

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.

  3. Pour over crushed ice.

  4. Garnish with pineapple cake, cherries and fresh mint.

*Honey syrup = equal part honey to equal parts hot water. Stir to dissolve, cool and use.
