Peaches and Dream Whiskeysmith Cocktail Recipe

FLAVOR: PEACH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz. Whiskeysmith Peach

  • 1 oz. Rye Whiskey

  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 0.5 oz. Honey Syrup

  • 1 tsp. Allspice Dram Liqueur

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 1 Egg White

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.

  2. Dry shake for 20 seconds.

  3. Add ice and shake well until chilled and strain into a cocktail glass.

  4. Garnish with drops of Angostura Bitters.
